While submitting your work for consideration is always free, please note that publishing with us is not. As a hybrid publishing company, we offer both traditional and self-publishing services, which come with associated costs. The fees for publishing are lower if your manuscript is complete; however, if you have an unfinished manuscript, the costs may be higher.
